Fior di maggio, born from the desire to live a new experience that would allow us to apply the natural feminine capabilities in a familial environment, in addition to financially maintaining our family. Thus, was born the idea of doing what we do best, which is cooking traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Unexpectedly this “adventure” grew and transformed itself in an activity able to respond to the demanding requests of the market, yet without losing the artisanal aspect that has distinguished it from the beginning.
Our black garlic is produced thanks to a natural fermentation without using food additives, conservatives or yeast. This process allows to obtain a product that maintains all the benefits of fresh garlic, though transforming its usual scent and taste in a sweet and delicate favour.
